Ask the awkward questions first
Do you show off sites built for other security firms?
Carefully. This trade does not advertise whose premises it protects, and neither do I. Work can be anonymised unless a client chooses otherwise.
Can customers book maintenance through the website?
Yes. The journey can collect the service type, preferred timing and useful site details so your team starts with better information.
I already have a website. Do I start again?
Not automatically. Existing rankings, URLs and useful content are assets. I audit what is worth keeping before the structure is rebuilt.
How long does a build take?
Your build date and working timetable are agreed before the project starts. The pace depends mainly on how quickly accreditation details and approvals are supplied.
Who writes the words?
I do, using a call with you and the language your customers use. You approve every line before launch.
Do I own the website?
Yes. You retain the domain, content and build. If you move, another competent WordPress developer can take it over.
